Our Team

Technovation Ukraine is entirely volunteer run and any support we receive goes directly to support our programs and participants.  We all became a part of Technovation because we have a deep desire to see girls succeed and reach their full potential.  We believe Technovation is a fantastic platform for helping girls build self confidence and see that they belong in the fields of technology and entrepreneurship.

Technovation started in Ukraine in 2017.  Sandra Cavallo introduced the program after having served as Regional Ambassador in Moldova.  Alesia Krupenikava and Nadiia Virna (Babynska) served as the founding Regional Ambassadors for Technovation Ukraine.  In the first year more than 40 teams with over 150 girls registered from all over Ukraine and more than 50 mentors volunteered to help these girls succeed.
